Nadiya has specialized in working with business owners, families, and professionals in the Ottawa area. She is most passionate about working with clients to better understand their financial situations. Nadiya believes that by uncovering their goals, and the potential challenges they may face, she is able to proficiently help clients achieve their objectives.

She earned her Honours Bachelor from the East European University of Economics and Management. Nadiya is a Qualified Associate Financial Planner (QAFP) through the Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC), in addition to holding a Mutual Funds licence obtained through the Investment Funds Institute of Canada and Life Insurance Licence (LLQP) obtained through the Canadian Securities Institute.

Nadiya is a member in good standing of the Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC).

She implements risk management and financial planning strategies that are customized for individuals, businesses, and business owners for their specific needs by engaging the best available solutions in the Canadian marketplace. Nadiya is dedicated to developing long-term client relationships built on trust and exceptional customer service.

When Nadiya is not working, she enjoys biking, spending time outdoors with her family and cottage life.

Marty Coulas has extensive expertise in group insurance, life insurance, business and individual wealth strategies. Marty is able to provide solutions to complex situations and specializes in coordinating a full range of integrated planning opportunities related to insurance and financial needs for businesses and individuals. For more than 30 years, Marty Coulas has been advising clients on the design and funding of employee benefits, group insurance, and group retirement plans. Implementing innovative solutions has helped employers control costs while balancing risk.

Marty is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). When he is not helping clients, Marty enjoys spending time at his hobby farm, playing golf, and enjoying the outdoors.
